For an album called Vibes, it's only right that its visual components are moody, broody Ryan Fisherman vibe vehicles. A year on from Ryan Chin releasing his debut album under the Fisherman moniker, it's a joy to have the collection back under my nose for another hoon thanks to a dreamy new NZ On Air supported clip. Early single 'How Cool' had the Martin Sagadin treatment, documenting a cinematic, hilltop haircut, and Sagadin delivers again in the video for 'Observation', this time following Ryan Fisherman around for a day in what I would describe as one of the leading causes of Ōtautahi homesickness.
