Juno Is Shares New Single 'Zoom Zoom'

Ōtepoti's Mackenzie Hollebon (Albion Place, Lacuna) shares 'Zoom Zoom', the second delectable single from her forthcoming debut album as Juno Is, Floating Alone. The new cut throws me hurtling back to dark 2012 pop gems from the likes of MS MR and The XX, with Hollebon's delightfully raspy vocals taking centre stage alongside heavily distorted guitar riffs, haunting keys and chattering cymbals. Mixed by Tom Bell and mastered by Adrian Morgan, the tidy track ebbs and flows, taking its time with heavy, drawn out slices of lone voice and synth. 'Zoom Zoom' is an exciting expansion of Floating Alone's potential, following the cruisy, sometimes surfy sounds of lead album single 'Floating'. Hop to it, press play on the latest from Juno Is...
