Keepsakes Drops Video For 'Peak Egotist'

Ōtautahi-based electronic dance producer Keepsakes (HAVEN) has unleashed seizure-inducing visuals for his hammering track 'Peak Egotist', from the forthcoming A Virtue In Vogue EP. Created by Damian Golfinopoulos of Tāmaki Makaurau's mighty Grecco Romank, the new clip is an eyeball-infecting "toxic nightmare" of discomforting found military footage, digital animation and analogue insanity. "The video for Peak Egotist repurposes rare found footage that NZ filmmaker and Grecco Romank member Damian Golfinopoulos discovered in a trash heap. It's a maximalist toxic nightmare featuring Royal NZ 40th Squadron pilots during the 1990-1991 Kuwait Gulf War as they defuse bombs, cruise the dessert, pester locals and goof around in chemical warfare hazmat gear."
