Melted Ice Cream Presents: Better Living (In Real Life!) Festival ft. Big Scout, Wellness + More
An Aotearoa independent music tradition that has spanned both virtual and irl realms during its storied history (not unlike Neo in The Matrix), Melted Ice Cream's Better Living Festival will soon be serving up a double scoop of sonic good times at Ōtautahi's darkroom and Space Academy. They've assembled a doozy of a lineup of local heroes and red hot out-of-towners, including Tāmaki Makaurau-based city slickers Wellness, Jim Nothing and deepState, Te Whanganui-a-Tara post-grunge-punks Horn (who just released their ace debut album), Blenheim heavy hitters Big Scout (recent supports for Sleaford Mods), Ōtepoti's Kilmog, and a carefully curated selection of Canterbury's finest guitar-slinging groups. Staging a full blown take over of St. Asaph Street on 18th August, the choice is simple — cop tickets now for Melted Ice Cream Presents: Better Living (In Real Life!) Festival, or experience a lifetime of FOMO regret...

Your favourite local record label is hosting a St. Asaph Street takeover, as an IRL follow up to the much loved and stunningly well attended 'Better Living, Everyone' lockdown streaming festival – and in true Better Living fashion, it is lightweight and cordless, offers support for your ankles, features embossing with little patterns on it, is easy on sensitive skin, is dimmable and flicker free, is unapologetically chunky and creamy, has an adjustable temperature, feels fluffy and cosy and clings to most surfaces, ALL WHILE offering a host of incredible indie, punk and electronic acts...
