‘An Evening with Phil Drane’ might best be described as a light-hearted two-hour cultural experience featuring the traditional and contemporary folksongs of Phil’s Lancashire and English Folk-Heritage. The performance also includes his own compositions including the award-winning ‘Song for Jackie’ and the occasional surprise.
Behind every song lies a story and the reason why it is included in the repertoire, and Phil weaves the whole thing together to create an experience not to be missed.
An eclectic mix of beautifully arranged and presented songs featuring smooth vocals and silky guitar, mixed with a soupcon of chat and witty banter.
