THE SECOND TIDE — GATHERING
14 March 2026 — Whammy Bar, Auckland
The current strengthens.
The sound thickens and the room fills.
Voices overlap, bodies move, and the tide takes shape.
Feel the pull.
The gathering takes form.
From beneath the surface, Soundscape Sirens emerge.
After months of silence the collective returns with their Summer Tour 2026.
Promising even deeper sonic storytelling from this trio of eclectic kiwi beatmakers.
This is your invitation. Your passage. Your escape.
The tour opens 28 February at Smash Palace, Gisborne, before making waves up and down the country, leaving its mark on Auckland and Christchurch, culminating in a climactic performance on 28 March in Hamilton.
A live experience that will deepen the world unveiled in their pilot show last July.
Heed the Sirens call.
Step into the dark.
Listen.
Support act: Slitopia
Slitopia; a vague utopic mound resembling a distinctive array of flashing lights and splashes of sweat. The queer EDM duo include Sophie Sutherland and Evelyn Fletcher Jenkins (LDSFH). The duo began in Tāmaki Makaurau and after spending the last year mixing melodies in Europe and the USA are back in Aotearoa for 2026. Expect a hardware performance mixing live elements into an atmospheric array of sounds. They will be painting you a scene with some sticky beats and heavy bass to create a finger lickin, boot stomping dance floor.

Steadily building up a stream of live shows under her belt across the motu, her latest single ‘Mercurial' embraced a more dance-focused sound while retaining Talmar's signature palette of chilling synths and swirling, silky vocals.
With a growing local and international listenership and more releases in the works for 2026, Talmar continues to carve out a unique space in New Zealand's music scene.
