For a long time now we’ve been wanting to do some shows with The Boondocks…
So we’re stoked to announce that The Boonies are joining Pow Chu for our first tour of 2026.

And (drum roll) for our Hometown show in Wanaka at Bullock Bar on 27 March it’s our absolute pleasure to announce that once again we have our besties Haast Hunter joining as Very Special Guests… we’ve long been massive fans of both theirs and also the epic Hamilton band Static, so this will Wanaka's first chance to witness the unholy alliance of Haast Hunter with Sin from Static on vocals for the Haasties…
And also joining the bill and making this a stacked lineup are the fast rising and snapping at our heels Rock band Superficial!
