Irish Musicians For Palestine

Top local Irish musicians play Vogelmorn Upstairs in support of humanitarian aid for Palestine. Get your tickets early for this special night which will sell out.

Featuring Aedeen Boadita-Cormican, Em Griffiths, Paddy McCann, Parcel of Rogues, Pat Higgins and Sláinte along with a special guest performance from our Palestinian friend, there will be some of your favourite Irish songs, along with songs of justice & peace, original music and a poem or two. All concert proceeds go to Emily Writes' Aotearoa 2 Gaza Mutual Aid Fund so we've set up ticketing so you can give what you can. Bring a little cash for the raffle! If you can't come to the gig but would like to donate to the Mutual Aid Fund, bank details are Prosean Pictures 06-0574-0906928-00.

Doors open at 6:30pm with a mini market downstairs selling goods and sharing information in support of local Palestine support groups. Entry to the mini market is free.

The Aotearoa 2 Gaza mutual aid fund was set up last year to directly support families in Gaza. We are a grassroots collective based in Aotearoa standing in unwavering solidarity with Palestinian families in Gaza. Through consistent, direct mutual aid, we send $100 at a time (usually once a week) to families who are living through unimaginable hardship under Israel’s occupation and genocide. These contributions go straight to verified recipients, without intermediaries, ensuring urgent support reaches those who need it most.

Irish Musicians for Palestine is brought to you by Aotearoa Irish for Justice and Peace, a space for those who identify with Muintir na hÉireann, the people of Ireland, and our heritage, grounded in promotion of human rights, justice and peace building. We stand in solidarity with the people of Palestine.

Vogelmorn Upstairs is not a wheelchair accessible building. There is an accessible bathroom in this space. This is an all ages venue but those under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a designated adult after 8pm. The Vogelmorn Precinct is a community space located in a residential area. With that in mind, the team ask that you be kind to others and that when you leave the gig, you do so quietly, to avoid disturbing our neighbours. This gig is seated.
