Shan
Shan is a songwriter, composer, pianist and singer.
She dreams that one day she will make the biggest coconut macaroon which will feature
in the Guinness world records.
Aside from this she is currently in the early stages of writing new tunes with a Wellington
beat maker, DLim, and eating smaller homemade coconut macaroons on the side.
Slater Smith
Singer/Songwriter of The Weather Machine whose lyrics stretch from the deeply
personal to the mythic and playful, weaving memory, displacement, and reinvention
into something entirely its own. Originally formed in Portland, Oregon and now based
in Pōneke, Aotearoa New Zealand, Slater has carved out a space that feels both
intentional and unpredictable - like a journal written in real time, then set to fire on
stage.
Agatha Pantha
Hailing from Wellington, Agatha Pantha defies expectations with their unique take on
folk/rock. The band’s music seamlessly traverses a landscape of bouncing, energetic
rhythms, dark and intricate ballads, and soaring anthemic rock tracks. At the helm is
vocalist Mo Blishen, whose expressive delivery is complemented by the musical
talents of guitarist Kent Hogan, bassist Nik Straughier, guitarist and keyboardist Jim
Walmsley, and drummer Sam King. Together, these five musicians—united by a
shared sense of musical fortitude and a wealth of lived experiences—craft songs that
offer listeners a therapeutic soundtrack for everyday life.
