LEAO are set to depart for their first overseas trip one week from now, flying to the UK for a string of shows including The Great Escape festival in Brighton before joining Tinariwen on their Scandinavian tour!
Following a series of beautiful shows across the motu, we’re throwing one last fundraiser with a lo-fi/electronic twist; LEAO drums are stripped down, SP-404 at the ready, Yolanda will be bringing her exciting solo explorations, and Hasji + WAIWHAI. will be mindfully selecting tunes to close out the evening for this LEAO leaving party.
On top of all that, wood fired pizzas on deck from 6PM courtesy of Matua - Margherita, Salami & one with a Samoan spin ? This will be very special, both in sonic and culinary terms.
