Fresh from a month immersed in music throughout the Himalayas, saxophone force Iggy Nama Ruci returns to Tāmaki bringing a fearless new energy to the Auckland jazz scene.
A beastly saxophonist and flautist with a powerful improvisational voice, Iggy has quickly become one of the young tigers of NZ jazz. For this special performance at Āto Jazz Club, he joins forces with one of Aotearoa’s true jazz masters, pianist Jonathan Crayford.
Together, the quartet promises an electrifying night of deep groove, dynamic interplay, and fearless musical conversation.
