The Undercurrent presents The Bitter Brothers' Honky-Tonk Circus!
An evening of Banjo, Burlesque, Comedy & Country Music. Acts include Helena singing some oldtime tunes with her trusty banjo, Breathless LaBelle doing a Dolly Parton tribute, comedian Brenda Hamblyn performing a standup set and finally our feature act: The Bitter Brothers.
The Bitter Brothers are a five-piece band who spin tales of woe, darkness, death, and redemption through the idiom of home-spun original and traditional alternative folk music. From sorrowful laments to foot-stompin' fun, bitterness never sounded so sweet.
