Masc/Femme is a Tāmaki Makaurau-based band composed of songwriters from multicultural backgrounds, with each member possessing a distinct musical style. Formed in early 2025, their music weaves a unique tapestry rooted in punk, rock, and shoegaze, with rotating songwriters Jey Min, Geo, and Dane swapping guitars and drumsticks while their bassist, Trey, holds down the fort.
Model is a Government funded industry plant whose off-kilter sound is built on hyper-dysfunctional lyrics, punching rhythms and eruptive dynamics. The Tāmaki Makaurau trio’s wigged-out tracks feed off the crowd for an unpredictable show.
