Four Auckland original bands. Four different takes on rock. One very good reason to get underground.
Zeltora make their live debut at Dead Witch on September 12, bringing grunty guitars and a gritty, rock'n'roll sound to the stage for the first time. It's driving, heavy and raw, with a straight-up rock'n'roll attitude.
Featuring Kaleb Strong, Rowan Brownie and Dylan Parker, Zeltora released their new single “Everything and More” in June. Now they're bringing it to the stage for their first ever show.
They're joined by three bands bringing their own completely different sounds to the night.
Back To The Hillside blend underground alt-rock, shoegaze and post-punk. Exit Sign bring heavy psychedelic rock, sludge and dense post-metal. The Easy Brothers mix soulful vocals, bluesy guitar and modern indie-rock into groove-driven songs with plenty of heart.
Different sounds, different styles, all original music. This is a bloody good lineup.
If you're into discovering new bands and hearing something you haven't heard a hundred times before, get along to Operation Underground.
