Into Orbit is a Wellington based duo of guitar and drums whose immersive, genre-defying sound contains aspects of experimental rock, polished prog, ambient drones and technical wizardry.
In August 2014, they released their full-length debut album Caverns to immediate critical acclaim, receiving high praise from reviewers including Simon Sweetman, (offthetracks.co.nz & stuff.co.nz) and Ricardo Kerr (undertheradar.co.nz) who scored it 9/10
As part of their November 2014 North Island tour, Into Orbit will perform one show on Saturday 29 November at The Cabana in Napier, with the support of local acts Heterodox & Antipodal Oneiromancy.
