The team at the Tauranga Art Gallery is excited to host international touring musician and award-winning guitarist Joel Fafard on Thursday, April 16.
Joel performs Southern roots and blues classics with the showmanship of a seasoned entertainer. He sings with the sexy, sandpapered-sounding vocal style of the new generation bluesman and tells hilarious stories in between songs.
When he lets rip a solo on his guitar, it’s easy to hear how Joel earned both a Juno nomination and a Western Canadian Music Award.
