SAVING GRACE
'DECADE OF AGGRESSION'
2015 NEW ZEALAND TOUR

WITH SPECIAL GUESTS ON SELECTED DATES:

CROWNED KINGS (AUS), BREATHING STILL, OUT COLD A.D.

The highly anticipated return to venues across New Zealand from prolific east coast hardcore legends Saving Grace is finally here.

Dates across September spanning both North and South Island markets will see the band's most extensive national headline tour in over three years.

Having formed in 2005 in the unassuming small town of Gisborne City, Saving Grace have gone on to become one of the country's most successful heavy music exports.
The 'Decade of Aggression' tour is a celebration that marks ten years of Saving Grace bringing their devastatingly heavy and relentless blend of metal and hardcore to global audiences.

Since their inception, the band have signed multiple international record deals, released four highly successful studio albums and
in 2013 signed with United States powerhouse management firm Crimson Management (The Acacia Strain, Job For A Cowboy, Shadows Fall & more).

Saving Grace's career has seen the band's reach grow from small hometown shows to headlining numerous tours and international festival appearances
sharing the stage with some of the biggest names in international metal and hardcore including: Misery Signals, Darkest Hour, Emmure, As I Lay Dying,
Underoath, Parkway Drive, Bring Me The Horizon, Stick To Your Guns, Winds of Plague, The Chariot, Anthrax, Hatebreed, Suicidal Tendencies and many more.
Their fourth studio album 'The Urgency' blew up in January 2014 when it hit the album charts in New Zealand and in the United States giving the band even further exposure and influence in a scene filled with countless modern counterparts who struggle to deliver a similar level of intensity.

Dubbed by America's HM Magazine as The future of Heavy Music Saving Grace released 'The Urgency' to an overwhelming response from fans and critics alike.

Easily the band's most aggressive and uncompromising work to date, 'The Urgency' was engineered and produced by California's Zack Ohren (Immolation, Carnifex, All Shall Perish, The Ghost Inside) and quickly rose to prominence within metal and hardcore circles both at home and abroad when first week numbers catapulted Saving Grace to the top of numerous album charts. Debuting at #1 on the New Zealand iTunes Metal charts, #2 on the iTunes Rock Chart and #3 on the Official Top 20 New Zealand Albums Chart, the band made history with the heaviest release in New Zealand to debut on the mainstream charts. 'The Urgency' also debuted at #57 and #59 on the American Billboard Hard Music and Heatseekers Charts, respectively and featured on the Official New Zealand Music Charts for 5 weeks.
'The Urgency' saw Saving Grace nominated as a finalist at the 2014 VNZMA's, making history yet again, with the band being the heaviest act to ever feature as a finalist at the Vodafone New Zealand Music Awards.
Known for their highly energetic and crowd engaging live shows, Saving Grace look forward to their long awaited return across home country
pastures before beginning work on a brand new studio album and preparing to tour heavily across New Zealand and the United States in it's support.

Direct support on the New Zealand tour comes in a triple-tiered regional format from three exciting rising Australasian acts.

The upper north island dates will feature Melbourne, Australia's Crowned Kings, The band recently released their brand new album 'Forked Road' on Demons Run Amok RecordsThe band grew with fast momentum around early 2010 with a steady fanbase expanding throughout the world. Within a year of the bands existence Crowned Kings have managed to revive the 'machine' of aggressive riffs and in your face lyrics. 2012 saw Crowned Kings release their first full length record 'Wise Guy' followed by a full Australian tour which has resulted in many International support bills for bands such as Terror, Bitter End, Slapshot, Merauder, Strength Approach, Backtrack, Bloodshed Remains and Thick as Blood.
2013 saw Crowned Kings tour throughout Asia hitting 7 countries within 3 weeks playing many shows back to back and in 2014 the band headed over to Los Angeles to record and work with producer and drummer Nick Jett (Terror) on their sophomore full length album entitled 'Forked Road' mastered by Matt Hyde (Slayer, Hatebreed) with more heavier and old-school metal influences crossed with Crowned Kings' renowned brand of aggressive hardcore.
Released recently on Demons Run Amok Records, 'Forked Road' is already making marks on the global hardcore scene and this September marks the band's first appearance on New Zealand shores.

Lower North Island support comes from Breathing Still, a passionate and heavy melodic metalcore band who has gone
from strength to strength over the past three years refining their sound and perfecting their craft. Having recently released their highly awaited debut album 'Valleys' and playing a handful of shows across NZ in it's support, Breathing Still are eager to bring their massive live show to audiences across the country alongside Saving Grace.

The South Island dates will see Saving Grace accompanied by long time friends and label mates Out Cold A.D., who have been working extremely hard
winning over fans across New Zealand and the globe with their passionate and energetic brand of heavy hardcore.
Having signed with Deadboy Records in 2015, Out Cold A.D. released their sophomore studio album entitled 'Forecasts' which debuted at #1 on the iTunes
New Zealand Metal Charts and #11 on the Official New Zealand Music Charts Top 20 NZ Albums.

Do not miss the opportunity to witness one of the most extensive and exciting New Zealand hardcore tours at a venue near you.
