Inky Waves, in conjunction with new NZ record label MARGINS, are taking their club night to the South Island for the first time! After hosting regular underground club nights in Auckland and Wellington, and recently curating a stage at Chronophonium, on Friday June 3rd Inky Waves will be hitting Darkroom in Christchurch.
They will be joined by MARGINS, an underground house and techno label who are celebrating the release of their first compilation, MA.C001. The compilation features nine New Zealand producers and will be released on cassette and as a digital download on May 19th.
Performing on the night will be DJ Kush Boogie from Auckland, k2k, Leo G Clark & Norma from Wellington, as well as Christchurch’s own Yvnalesca.
Inky Waves & MARGINS are extremely excited to throw a dance party at Darkroom, which is without a doubt one of the best bars in the country.
