Long Distance Runner is a post-hardore band from Auckland. featuring
members of Parents, Sere and How Get, they combine melody and distortion to bridge the gap between uplift and menace. Formed in 2016, they have opened for bands such as Magrudergrind (US) and Hexis (DK).
