After a couple of years in the making, Themeta is proud to release their self titled album at the darkroom on the 1st of March 2019 with support from SCROOGE and Dusty Hustle.
Drawing from a range of influences including Snarky Puppy, the Headhunters and and Vulfpeck, Themeta melds rock and jazz with a heavy dose of funk.
SCROOGE is a Funk DubRock band formed in Christchurch, New Zealand. Riffy, Groovy and Funky jams that make you want to boogie.
Taking inspiration from The Black Seeds, Tunes of I, Sublime, Left or Right; Dusty Hustle are a 4-piece roots/dub/reggae/rock band from Christchurch, New Zealand.
With members coming from a past of post-rock, punk and classical/orchestral genres these four lads have taken on a new direction that is Dusty Hustle.
Fun, groovy and danceable tunes always makes for a good time!
