Relish in a combo of Bristols sweetest Dub acts with an entree afternoon BBQ sesh followed by a full rounded course of heavy bass from some of our favorite Twisted family staples.
Gardna - Boom Sound MC on a dubwise tip, Gardna has been embraced across the UK Bass scene and the European Sound System circuit as an artist with a fresh approach to promoting a positive message whilst shelling down the party.
Chris Munky - based in Bristol, Bananna bomb records DJ/Producer Chris Munky (formerly Snareophobe) started touring in 1999 in San Fransisco and has cut a blazing trail around the world ever since, Soul-laced music selections come from a vast collection of both vinyl & digital archives. DJ set journey through a range of tempos; spanning hip hop, breakbeats & dubwise music.
Zuke (NZ) - A name that barely needs an explanation, a project from keyboardist and producer, Ed Zuccollo (Stretchfoot, Trinity Roots, Rhian Sheehan). The Zuke concept is an exploratory journey into the physicality of immense bass, aimed at confronting big systems head-on.
LOOM - Curator of Froth Mouth Enterprises and more recently Ōtepotis freshest weekly bass sessions The Cook Up Loom has contributed a great deal to Twisted Frequency festival and our outdoor festival scene as part of many different crews over the years and is one of the best DJs in Aotearoa (In our opinion ^_^)
OTTIC - Smashing sets all across the capital, Ottic is another fresh young artist with some formidable skills and taste. Absolutely one ot watch out for.
M_Phonik - Nelson based pioneer of the upcoming Tahuna Roots festival, M_phonik has a catagorical knowledge of all things dub/roots/hip hop and everything in between (AU/NZ)
SLYZZLES: Power Wahine hailing from Ōtautahi, Slyzzles: Joining us for her debut performance in Pōneke, Slyzzles has been a weapon of the south island festival scene from a young age.
