Wellington based singer-songwriter Finn Johansson is playing a one-off solo show this month at beloved new Blenheim venue The Plant.
This last year has seen Finn drop 2 singles, not to mention a mind-bending cover of the Mutton Birds' Anchor Me and a stoner doom soundtrack for his solo 48hr Film Festival entry.
If you want people to tap their feet while they weep profusely, it's Finn Johansson all the way!
This January, this bloody phenom is taking things to Blenheim to:
a) relive all the most beautiful moments of the last 8 years spent writing and releasing songs in blisteringly personal solo style
and
b) hang out with his grandparents Fay and Murray
So come along! You'll love it.
The songs are heartbreaking and incisive and played real good. Don't believe this blurb?
Jesse Mulligan from RNZ said of Finn's latest single, All Of The Time/Not At All:
'I love that song'.
