Ben Fernandez (Auckland) keys
Ben is a classically trained jazz pianist, composer and arranger based in Auckland, New Zealand. He has a Masters Degree in Music majoring in Jazz performance from the University of Auckland. He also has degrees in Physics, Computer Science and Business Management. Ben has performed at concerts and events in over 25 countries and is an award-winning composer for jingles, TV shows and movies. His music is available on itunes, Spotify, Amplifier, GooglePlay, etc . Ben is also an educator and conducts regular workshops on improvisation in New Zealand and overseas.
Lady Larisa Vocals
Having toured internationally and recently opened for Michael Bublé, Lady Larisa will add her sultry, jazzy tone to this ensemble.
Mark Lockett (New York/Wellington) drums
Mark is an experienced performer, composer and educator who has played with some of the finest musicians on the jazz scene today.
He has performed, recorded and toured internationally having just returned from another stint in New York.
Alex Powley on Bass will bring the solid grooves and be the perfect finishing touch for this extraordinary quartet.
