10:32 - @1032music
10:32 is the new project from London-based artist, Bridget Walsh, with Lyle Barton on keys, Radovan Brtko on drums and Digby Lovatt on bass Bridget is originally from Aotearoa, and has been touring with UK bands since 2013, taking the stage at a number of iconic global venues and festivals, including Glastonbury, Boomtown, Latitude, Subsonic and the Edinburgh Fringe. This will be her fourth NZ tour, with earlier credits including CubaDupa, San Fran, YOT Club and the Auckland Arts Festival.

Jess is a drummer and percussionist based in Auckland. She has toured nationally and internationally with a number of bands and groups, including The Backchat, Superhero Second Line, and Audio Farm, and is also a mentor for the Girls Rock! Camp Aotearoa. Her other musical credits include the Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra, Royal NZ Navy Band and Strike Percussion NZ.

For fans of artists including Hiatus Kaiyote, Kimbra, Erykah Badu and more, 10:32’s booty-shaking soul-pop explores elements of hiphop, jazz, breakbeat, drum & bass and neo-soul, but isn’t afraid of a good old fashioned breakdown, or an epic synth solo. The band debuted at the Isle of Wight Festival in 2018, followed by a headline tour of New Zealand and studio sessions, shows and festivals in the UK, NZ and the USA.

10:32's new EP Aequus Animus is out March 2021, recorded at London’s Total Refreshment Centre and produced by London-based Melbourne producer, Lewis Moody (30/70, ZFEX), amidst the 2020 lockdown.

TEAMSQUAD - @teamsquadband

Raglan based duo ‘Teamsquad’ blend crisp keyboards, heavy synthesizers, acoustic drums and soulful vocals into a groovy alternative take on R&B.

Having returned from nearly a decade in London with their previous band Death In Texas, Ruth and Kane Power created Teamsquad as an antithesis for the heavier atmosphere of their previous projects.

Their debut EP ‘Sassbucket’ is light-hearted, positive, and packed full of catchy melodies and free-flowing riffs.

With influences ranging from Jacob Collier, Lianne LaHavas and Alfa Mist, to Three Trapped Tigers, Strobes and Radiohead - Teamsquad experiment with an eclectic, thought provoking mix of styles.
