Christopher Lloyd Campbell is a Melbourne-based multi-instrumentalist and producer hailing from Kirikiriroa. Campbell cut his teeth in Hamilton’s punk and hardcore scene, playing bass in Loud Like Enemies and One Must Fall. Under the beat making alias Caitlin Blake, Campbell racked up significant listeners, his music traveling far and wide and even featuring in a nefarious European porno, much to his shock.
Performing under his govt name for the first time, Campbell’s latest musical offering is self-described as ‘Dad Wave’, taking inspiration from the classic balladry of Bruce Springsteen, the Beach Boys and Supertramp.
