Gig Information

Witness the amazing spectacle as five powerhouse Wellington musicians combine forces to create the mighty metallic Megazord of music that is the Mike Costeloe Quintet. With their fearless leader at the helm, watch in awe as these brave musical pioneers boldly venture deep into the abyssal depths of rhythm and harmony.

Featuring:

Since returning to Wellington two years ago after living abroad in Edinburgh, UK, Mike has proved to be one of the city’s most prolific and exciting trumpet players. Over the course of his career he has played music with the likes of The Wellington City Shake-‘Em-On Downers, TOI, the Rodger Fox big band, Louis Baker, and The Black Seeds, as well as written music for the RNZAF Jazz Orchestra, and the Loemis Winter Festival.

This event will be operating under Alert Level 2 guidelines. There will be table service, and audience members must remain seated.
