Friday night fever in Sumner for SFM 2023!
Did someone say, Sumner pub crawl? Yes, we did and on Mingle Friday we’ll be taking it back to where the SFM all began by bringing the boogie back into the bars of Sumner. Welcome to The Mingle in The Village 2023.
Along with our wonderful SFM Art Exhibition that will be running at LEstrange Gallery in Sumner, The Mingle will be taking over three of our favourite Sumner watering holes - Clink Bar and Restaurant , The Village Inn and Sumner Social. Each venue will play host to it’s own unique musical act - with Strictly Vinyl spinning the good stuff all evening at Sumner Social, Carmelita bringing her genre bending blues, jazz and funk to Clink Bar and Restaurant and The Monk Seals blasting their rock n roll at The Village Inn. Book in an early dinner at these or any other delightful local dinery (keep your eyes peeled for SFM specials) and then buckle up for a great night of bar hopping with your buds in Sumner. WANT A FREE BEER? Just enter each Mingle in The Village venue on Friday, and show us your three stamps at the Street Party bar on Saturday and one ice cold Corona is on us. Cheers!
Note: Entry to each venue will be on a first served first boogie basis, so if a venue is at capacity you’ll either have to bounce onto the next or wait for the smiling Mingle doorman to give you a green light to go in. This ticket is included in the SFM competitor and weekend pass for those that have already purchased.
