a 5 piece futuristic space hip-hop band hailing from the Kāpiti music scene. A group of like minded musicians and friends coming together to create hip-hop designed to send you through a journey of spacey funk and jazz elements. Always getting the crowd up for a dance.
Velvet Star
Velvet Star are mix of hard rock, addictive funk and mysterious prog flourishes. Journeying through feelings of urban alienation, obsession, a half-joke celebration of a novelty item and dark comedies about holidays gone awry.

Search For Yeti have been earning a reputation over the last year for their unique style of atmospheric indie rock. Whilst only a trio, the band has a diverse sound - utilizing a range of instruments, effects and loops to create a sonic bed on which to deliver their songs, taking the audience on a journey from moments of quiet introspection to face-melting guitar solos, and hopefully getting some toes tapping and heads bopping along the way.
