Blunt dog met in Pōneke, recording their first album How is a Dog so Honest? in 3 nights late 2022. Since then the band members scattered throughout the long white cloud. Their meeting point is the confluence of lofi, slowcore, emo and folk - they are early cartographers of the mythic 'Aotearoa midwest'
