SWEET TREATS #25 This month we're hosting two out of towners, THE NEW THINGS roaring out of Paekakariki and OFFAL PIT STILETTO stabbing their way out of an offal pit located somewhere in Te Aroha. They are joined by Tamaki Mrauakau post-hardcore chaos dealers CHASING SOUTH.
This month SWEET TREATS SPEAKS will be hosted by EMMY RAKETE. Emmy Rakete is a Ngapuhi communist and prison abolitionist who helped to found People Against Prisons Aotearoa. PAPA works to support incarcerated people and build the revolutionary movement required to make prisons obsolete.
