The Beatniks are an alternative rock band from Dunedin whose style infuses the intensity of grunge with catchy melodic riffs. Formed in 2020, the band has played all over the South Island, and are set to have an album released summer of 2023. Currently performing as a trio (a.k.a The 3tniks), they continue to leave the crowd in awe with their music and onstage antics.
Following the success of their debut single Wake up Jane the band began working on an album in early 2023. Their second single off the album What's Wrong? is set to release on August 16th - the night of the show. Joining them to celebrate the release will be local bands The Friendly's, Ani Saafa, Ivy plus SLUSH to cap the night off.
