As has become Morning Melodies tradition, New Zealand’s only full-time concert military band closes out the 2024 season with their highly anticipated Christmas concert, promising to take you through a journey of Christmas music, from childhood classics to some more modern day tunes.
Established in 1960, the Royal New Zealand Navy Band’s success relies on their versatility and unrivalled musicianship. The band performs throughout New Zealand and the Pacific region in a wide range of ensembles; from individuals performing at Last Post Ceremonies, duos and smaller combinations, to the Big Band and Concert Military Band.
This performance is part of the Auckland Live Morning Melodies 2024 season.
