OMMU combines the talents of three long-time contributors to Ōtepoti Dunedin's independent music scene. CRAIG MONK (Mink, Cloudboy), JEFF HARFORD (Bored Games, The Rip, Die Musikband) and TENZIN MULLIN (Suka, Jay Clarkson & The Containers) present an evening of fully improvised instrumental pieces. From sparse and gentle ambient sketches to intense psych-rock jams, OMMU’s music exists only in the moment of its creation. With no set list to rely on, the players conjure up melodic themes from thin air and ride a precarious wave of inspiration.
