Caremello Blues Band:
The Caramello Blues Band’s sound is rich with vocal harmonies and a unique mix of traditional instruments such as the three-string cigar box guitar, blues harp, Weissenborn guitar, and upright bass. Their blues, soul and country vibe will have you grooving and swaying to a feel-good collection of songs from Muddy Waters and Johnny Cash to Van Morrison and Bonnie Raitt.
Pip Payne:
If you want an authentic blues evening, Pip Payne is an artist to go and see. Whether he is playing
solo, or with a band, you won’t be disappointed.
To start with, he is not one of the dime-a-dozen, 12-bar Strat guitarists you
normally see playing the blues. His guitar is a resonator (Dobro or
National Steel style) which predates any of the common electric guitars.
Much of his guitar work is slide as a rhythm or solo. You are going
to hear authentic blues guitar playing with Pip.
