The All Clear is an evocative new work from Hester Ida and the Music (the emerging musical moniker of Hester Ullyart). Experimental, brave, unique in its sensitivity, a song/spoken word hybrid music work in collaboration with talented stronghold of Ōtautahi musicians Reuben Derrick, Hannah Everingham and Thomas Isbister.
Hester Ullyart is an award winning UK born Aotearoa based multi-disciplinary artist; a poet, playwright, actress & music-maker praised for her intimate lyrical perspective, nuanced world-building and delivery.
Previous works include contemporary solo noir 'Paragon Dreams', spoken word soundscape collaboration 'Notes on a Migration', and long form film poem 'I am all the rooms of the house'. Hester's debut album 'The All Clear' is currently in production.
