Multi-platinum singer-songwriter Rob Thomas today announced three nationwide New Zealand dates on his global The All Night Days Tour, celebrating his forthcoming sixth solo album All Night Days and the 20th anniversary of his acclaimed debut solo record …Something to Be.
The All Night Days Tour will travel to theatres this November, taking in Auckland’s Kiri Te Kanawa Theatre on Tuesday 11th, Te Pae Christchurch Convention Centre on Thursday 13th, before finishing up at Wellington’s Michael Fowler Centre on Saturday 15th.
Promoted in New Zealand by TEG Van Egmond, this highly anticipated tour marks Rob’s first New Zealand solo headline shows, and follows last year’s sold-out tour with Matchbox Twenty.
After such amazing Matchbox shows in 2024, it’s so great to revisit the solo catalogue, and I can't wait to come back and share these songs with my Kiwi fans. It’s going to be a very special run of shows, said Thomas.
Managing Director of TEG Van Egmond, Christo Van Egmond said “We’re absolutely thrilled to be bringing Rob Thomas back to New Zealand for this incredible run of shows. To see an artist of his calibre in intimate theatre settings is a rare treat, and it’s going to be a truly memorable experience for fans around the country.”
The upcoming tour promises to deliver the captivating live performances that Thomas is known for, and audiences can expect a night filled with timeless hits including “Lonely No More,” “This Is How A Heart Breaks,” “Her Diamonds,” “Street Corner Symphony,” the Grammy-winning Santana collaboration “Smooth,” as well as Matchbox Twenty favourites like “3AM” and “Unwell.” Rob will also perform his powerful new single “Hard To Be Happy,” giving fans a taste of All Night Days.
