Two Soulful powerhouse Dunedin Bands performing at Moons on Friday 22nd August 8pm
Midnight Caravan:
Midnight Caravan isn't just a band; it's a journey. This acoustic folk-soul duo, featuring Jo Little's soulful vocals and Matt Blick's resonant acoustic bass, finds their rhythm and inspiration on the open roads of New Zealand. Their music is a blend of heartfelt folk storytelling and intimate grooves that speak of wide-open spaces, shared moments, and the simple beauty of a life lived on the move. While the core of Midnight Caravan is this captivating duo, whenever possible, they expand their sound by unleashing a powerhouse full band. This expanded lineup unites longtime collaborators from The Little Smith Band with fresh talent, igniting the stage and truly transporting their audience.
Honey:
Honey is a newly formed band hitting the Dunedin music scene with their warm and lively, kiwi-pop sound. Honey pride themselves on their authentic vibe and banger originals. The band currently consists of three talented musicians. Belle, the songwriter and lead singer. Benton, the groovy bassmaster, Grant, the prodigy guitar wizard and new to the lineup Ben, the righteous rhythmic rascall.
