Finalists for the 2025 Best Independent Debut Award, Tāmaki Makaurau duo 花溪 Flowerstream (Huiming Wu and Maxwell Brown) release the vinyl edition of Low-Key. The pair blend Huiming’s home-engineered electric guzheng with Maxwell’s talents to craft a unique fusion of ancient and modern sounds, effortlessly blending ambient, dream-pop, and psychedelia, with moments of fevered, intense guzheng-doom energy.
Low-Key comes to vinyl in a boutique run with only 30 copies pressed. Available first at Flying Out on August 23rd.
