The Smokefreerockquest 2025 Band National Final highlights the raw talent and creativity of Aotearoa’s most promising young musicians. After competing in regional events across the motu, the top bands are coming together for a powerful night of original music that puts songwriting and musicianship in the spotlight.
Smokefreerockquest has been the launching pad for some of the country’s most well-known music artists, and the Band competition continues that legacy by celebrating the next generation of independent songwriters.
