Stapled Noise is a non-profit handbook guide being created by Ash McFarlane for his final Polytechnic design assignment. This focuses on Ōtepoti's alternative music scene, promoting local creative artists and spaces. The project needs funding to get distributed in mass around the university campus, venues and cafes so it can end up in your hands. Acting as a strong introduction that celebrates local voices and encourages connection through creativity.
The fundraiser will feature established and upcoming alternative bands within the local scene, including: U-no Juno (post-hardcore, alternative rock), Vagina Dry (riot grrrl, punk) and Motheaten (shoegaze).
There will also be exclusive prints and stickers to purchase at the door.
