Mad Moon Menace is a poet, multimedia and performing artist based here in Pōneke. His creative work is around storytelling, and how expressing our own truths can guide us between the world we are in, and the liberated world we are creating together.
Teirangi Klever
Teirangi is an indigenous writer of all sorts, and a proud angry wāhine Māori of Ngāti Kahungunu descent. She wields her poetry as a tool for social action, uniting the voices of all indigenous people in the long persistence for decolonisation. Her words aim to ignite change, fusing the beauty of language with the urgency of her convictions.

Created out of a desire to combine the atmospherics of post rock with the immediacy and sensibilities of pop, Electric Tapestry weave together a wide range of elements from a variety of genres to achieve a unique sound.
*Vogelmorn Upstairs is not a wheelchair accessible building. There is an accessible bathroom in the space. This is an all ages venue but those under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a designated adult after 8pm. The Vogelmorn Precinct is a community space located in a residential area. With that in mind, the team ask that you be kind to others' and that when you leave the gig, you do so quietly to avoid disturbing our Neighbours.
