Live Photos: SNFU - Valhalla, Wellington

A head wound wasn't enough to stop legendary SNFU frontman Mr Chi Pig from performing at Wellington venue Valhalla on Friday night. The singer was the unfortunate victim of some feckless showgoers who hurled a plastic cup at him in the early stages of the show, causing Chi to bleed profusely from his forehead, and forcing him to be led off stage and crudely bandaged before re-emerging to slay the rest of the set. Later, while in hospital for treatment Chi quipped: "you'll have to throw a brick in my face to stop me".
