Listen: Yukon Era - Vietnam Man

Teen five-piece Yukon Era have emerged on the scene with a couple of killer tracks that are available for free download from Bandcamp. The recently-formed Auckland group brings together a bunch of high school dudes who write swirling garage punk songs "about the life as a teenage boy and not wanting to live in Auckland and go to MAINZ for the rest of your youth".

The single 'Vietnam Man' was penned about the frontman's father, who works in the Southeast Asian country for two weeks of each month and has apparently had his fill of jet-setting and eating rice. Take a listen to the track below and then head to Bandcamp to pick it up along with its flip 'UR WORST NIGHTMARE' under the "name your price" scheme...
