Weekly Round Up: Friday 26th August

So much fantastic tour news came through this week that I'm going to put it here in list format so you can soak it all up REAL GOOD...

- Welsh-born songstress Cate Le Bon is heading to Auckland for one show in October
- Aussie outfit The Rubens are jumping the ditch in October for two performances
- Also in October surf rockers Guantanamo Baywatch are coming from Portland for three shows 
- And Auckland's Mice On Stilts have lined up two album release gigs that same month
- November will see TLC gracing these shores for three stadium-sized shows
- Angel Olsen revealed two NZ dates for December to celebrate her new record
- Street Chant announced a "goodbye for now" tour around the country for September
- February Guns N' Roses will be hitting New Zealand soil for the first time since the 90s

In rumour news, we spotted that Patti Smith is making her way to Byron Bay Bluesfest next Easter, so we have our fingers firmly crossed that she'll make a New Zealand stopover while in the neighbourhood. The Pixies revealed three Australian shows for March, and we'd also like to see them come over for some concerts. And you can add to that list Dinosaur Jr - who have a whole string of Aussie dates for January.
