Live Photos: The Last Waltz - Isaac Theatre Royal, Christchurch

Last night saw Christchurch's gorgeous Isaac Theatre play host to the first of three shows around the country taking place for The Last Waltz 40th Anniversary Tour. The tour sees a stellar line-up of local musicians join together with The Band's original keyboardist Garth Hudson to pay homage to the landmark 1976 concert that was put to film by director Martin Scorsese - all under the guidance of original music director John Simon. The local artists involved the likes of Barry Saunders, Kevin Borich, Tami Neilson, Delaney Davidson, Adam McGrath, The Bads, Dave Khan, Mike Hall, Wayne Bell, and Paddy Milner.
