Experimental electronic artist Trapjaw Kelpie (aka Tim Dustow, the illustration mastermind behind Grits N Grams) recently made an appearance on bFm’s New Zealand music show Freak The Sheep. Performing as a duo for the occasion, Trapjaw Kelpie played a funky, vocoder-peppered untitled tune that was awash with samples, featuring Benjamin Locke (Sea Views, The Naenae Express) on live bass. You may recognise Trapjaw Kelpie's signature sonic chaos from a collaboration with Auckland rapper Dbldbl earlier in the year. Check out the buzziness below…
