Auckland multi-instrumental maestros Carnivorous Plant Society recently unveiled their latest album The New King, a fantasy-fueled sonic voyage with special guests including Hollie Fullbrook (Tiny Ruins), Lawrence Arabia and Don McGlashan. The group are currently touring the North Island in support of the new record, and recently squeezed into RNZ's Auckland studios to play a lush rendition of their sparkling tune 'Don't Go Outside', featuring Tim Stewart of horn-loving duo Hopetoun Brown on lead vocals.
