Boycrush Announces National Tour + Shares Video ‘Song For Alex’
Auckland-based electro-pop artist Boycrush (aka Alistair Deverick) has shared ‘Song For Alex’, a sparkling single featuring the multifaceted vocal talents of Lower Hut's Benny's Videos, ahead of the release of Deverick's album Desperate Late Night Energy. The upbeat number is accompanied by a beautifully choreographed clip directed by Rowan Pierce and filmed in association with The New Zealand Dance Company - featuring dancers Carl Tolentino, Xin Ji and Chrissy Kokiri draped in white fabric doing their thing in a studio underneath Auckland's Crystal Palace, and moving around a utopian digital landscape. Boycrush will be celebrating the release of his new collection featuring contributions from Yumi Zouma and Chelsea Jade with a short tour of New Zealand, you can check out those tour dates below...
