Tami Neilson Shares Dreamy Single 'Manitoba Sunrise At Motel 6' + Video

Silver Scroll-winning soul artist Tami Neilson has unveiled 'Manitoba Sunrise At Motel 6', the second single from her eagerly anticipated album Sassafrass!, accompanied by a nostalgic video directed by Rodney Fisher. Over languidly-strummed guitar Neilson sings a heartfelt tune drawing on her memories of growing up in Canada, looking like a seventies country and western star in a flowing, sparkling outfit and big hair. The video combines vintage stock imagery (drawn from the Archives of Manitoba) with beautifully filmed footage of Neilson singing in front of a big curtain to fine effect, making the recent past seem like another world away.
