Jonathan Bree Unveils Spooky Single 'Boombox Serenade' + Video
Increasingly enigmatic Auckland songwriter Jonathan Bree has unveiled 'Boombox Serenade', his latest single from the artist's much-teased upcoming album Sleepwalking. Bree's spooky new tune is accompanied by a self-directed video casting the masked artist as a handsome yet possibly nefarious horse riding stranger in the 19th Century, conveying time-travelling vibes not unlike a Dr Who alien roaming the fields of classic UK horse show Follyfoot. It even ends on a suspenseful cliffhanger to keep viewers on their toes. Bree is currently gearing up for an epic tour of Europe in support of Sleepwalking, experience 'Boombox Serenade' below...
'Sleepwalking' is out Friday 8th June. Merch lovers will be keen to hear Bree has a stylish new t-shirt based on his 'You're So Cool' video available via Lil' Chief Records.
